Nazir E-Commerce
A premium, minimalist fashion e‑commerce site built with Next.js 16, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP, Anime.js, and Zustand for state management. The store showcases a curated collection of luxury apparel with smooth animations, glass‑morphic UI components, and a buttery‑smooth scrolling experience powered by Lenis.
The Challenge
The legacy storefront struggled with slow load times, weak mobile conversion, and a disconnected product story across desktop and touch devices.
The Approach
We rebuilt the experience around a headless Next.js architecture, lazy-loaded 3D product previews, and a modular design system that kept the storefront both fast and expressive.
